No lipo, no gastric, no tummy tuck."A source told Us that"[Courtney]'s getting rid of all her size tens, eights and sixes," with clothes set to be auctioned off on eBay and others donated to women in need. The source also adds, "She's also quitting cigarettes... Courtney doesn't want anyone or anything toxic in her life any more."
