Tobey Maguire In Spiderman Shape

Tobey maguire spoke to Elle magazine recently about his efforts to get back into shape to film Spiderman 3.

Tobey said it took him six months to get back into Spidey form after having taken a break from counting calories once they were finishing shooting Spiderman 2.

"I was like, 'Give me doughnuts...' I was eating lots of sugar, and I was out of shape. I guess that went on for a little over six months."
"I felt so much better once I got a handle on it... It took six months to correct what I'd done to my body."
